The Problem

HubSpot wanted to test AI-generated ads in their 2025 campaign, running them head-to-head against traditionally produced spots. The goal was to validate whether AI creative could perform at the same level while cutting production costs.

 

The Solution

Developed an AI-first production workflow: rapid concept iteration, storyboards for stakeholder buy-in, scene-by-scene animation using generative video tools, and final assembly with traditional product UI animations. This was a more tailored and custom approach than the scalable template approach used in DR Ads.
