Built a multi-tool AI pipeline to produce ad variations a higher volume than with a traditional video process.

## The Problem

HubSpot needed to scale ad video variants fast: testing more formats, messaging and video types to improve DR campaign ROI. Our traditional process couldn't meet that demand.

 

## The Solution

Built an AI production pipeline around Capsule Variants, a video automation engine that assembles ad variations by swapping video clips, text animations, UIs, and CTAs from a spreadsheet. Integrated AI image and video generation tools to create source assets, then orchestrated the full system to deliver the assets.

### Tools

Capsule.video, Midjourney, Figma Weave, Nano Banana 2, Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, ElevenLabs, After Effects (motion graphics), Premiere Pro

### Workflow

Create templates in Capsule with sample assets. Generate AI videos and animate UIs. Link to spreadsheet. Assemble videos.

### Key Learnings

Using a template approach can make it difficult to apply custom revisions, so it's important to set expectations about the type of content that fits in the template.
