Built a repeatable AI workflow to generate city-specific branded interstitials for international GROW events, staying on-brand without traditional location production.

The Problem
For its international GROW events, HubSpot needed interstitial videos that played between main stage sessions, featuring each host city’s landmarks while staying on-brand. Traditional on-site filming or vendor production was not feasible at the required pace and budget.
The Solution
Built an AI workflow to generate city-specific visual scenes consistently, grounding each video in real landmark references, then applying the event’s gradient visual identity and a hyperlapse editing style to create energy and brand cohesion. The workflow was designed from the start to be repeatable across events, not rebuilt from scratch each time.
