# AI video playbook for 4 live events

Built a repeatable AI workflow to generate city-specific branded interstitials for international GROW events, staying on-brand without traditional location production.

## The Problem

For its international GROW events, HubSpot needed interstitial videos that played between main stage sessions, featuring each host city’s landmarks while staying on-brand. Traditional on-site filming or vendor production was not feasible at the required pace and budget.

 

## The Solution

Built an AI workflow to generate city-specific visual scenes consistently, grounding each video in real landmark references, then applying the event’s gradient visual identity and a hyperlapse editing style to create energy and brand cohesion. The workflow was designed from the start to be **repeatable across events**, not rebuilt from scratch each time.

Midjourney, Nano Banana 2, Flora, Kling 3.0, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

### Workflow

Landmark research & scripting. Generating storyboards from image references. AI video generation. Assembly in Premiere Pro + After Effects.

### Key Limitation

Using real references for the scene generations was required in order to ensure accuracy.
