The problem:

GAT Labs is a cybersecurity company that offers a suite of tools for Google Workspace admins to manage their company’s users. Their product helps admins monitor user activity, enforce security policies, audit access rights, and more.

With all of these great features, there was a big problem. Potential customers didn't understand very well how GAT Labs products worked. Some features were too niche for the average website visitor to grasp. Their sales teams had to work extra to educate their potential customers.

GAT Labs needed a way to communicate their value proposition in a simple way that would resonate with their website visitors and motivate them to take action.

They needed a way to show how their product helped their customers solve their problems and achieve their goals.

The solution:

A story that resonates with customers. 

The best way to explain a complex product is through a story. A story that resonates with their customers' struggles and shows how this product can help them overcome this struggle.

This keeps the audience interested in the product. And it's at the core of our video marketing strategy.

With this strategy in mind, we created  a series of videos that explained in simple and clear language the problems that GAT Labs solved for their customers, across their Enterprise and Education suite of products.

We used animation to show the product in action, and followed the Storybrand framework, an industry standard marketing framework, to ensure the story we were creating was effective with their customers. We also created shorter versions of 30s, and 15s seconds each to grab attention in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and allow for creative testing.

The videos were about 2 minutes long each, which is an optimal length for an explainer video.

The results:
